Pita bread filled with Moroccan Lentil slices


  • 4 pita breads
  • 40 g mixed salad
  • 16 thin slices of cucumber
  • 16 slices of Moroccan lentil
  • 40 ml Greek yogurt
  • Dill
  • Lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper



Make a hole in the centre of the bread

Season with a little oil, salt and pepper

Stuff the bread leaving a small hole

Mix the lemon juice with the yogurt and dill and add salt



Gently put the Moroccan lentil slices into the pita bread

Season with the yogurt dressing and serve
