Portovia Hummus is prepared entirely from 100% organic Italian chickpeas and natural ingredients. We only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is lactose and gluten-free. Prepared with Faba ++ Water, richer because it comes from fermented chickpeas. Portovia Hummus is ideal as an appetizer, served with salads and other dishes or spread on toasted bread as delicious crostini.
